What system best captures the overall "parkour, stealth, assassinations, and literally magical perception powers" feel of Assassin's Creed?

Rollplaying-wise I think you could do that with any system? All that stuff is usually in the game already, you just have to give context to the checks. The only exception could be the perception power, which at the table would basically be the GM straight up saying "THAT ONE is your target in the crowd, THAT lever is the one you need to pull to open the door" and stuff like that (and I'd personally remove it, do it the old way and have assassins/templars investigate on their own like they're supposed to.

Perhaps Auras about groups of people that indicate affiliations rather than "this is your target". Then it'd be "You stand and observe the teeming crowd below. There's a commotion as a group of guards push through the masses, their footsteps burn with a red hue and you know they are in the employ of your target".
But as you said, any system could feasibly do it. It's just a matter of giving context to the skills. Fluff some little talents/feats/merits/whatever you call it...

You could probably replicate the parkour by REMOVING the climbing mechanics in most systems, since in the game it's fairly effortless. Describe a 3d map and let your players freely fling themselves around.
What is a good magic system /tg/ ? I want to create a setting where magic is banned by the church, but is massively used in ennemies' country. The magic needs to stay powerful while not being OP, and the non users should be able to take on magic users with classical weaponry.
Because I'm a lazy hack, the setting is very close to XV-XVI Europe, with power warfare becoming more and more prominent, and the Ottomans being the magic users.
So I've been thinking of a few things like :
-Witches can use witches powers like premonition, healing potions...

I'm running a campaign of 6 level 6-9 Pc's. They've just uncovered a Yuan-Ti temple in a Black marshland/swamp. The Temple is an older temple of a Dragon God that has be taken over and desecrated that the my players have to clear.
I'm been DMing for years, I'm mildly drunk and need some inspiration /tg/. I already plan to open with a poison gas and pendulum trap at the entrance. My ideas are poison/acid traps, abominations, heat sensitive rooms/doors, sacrificial alters, and blood activated puzzles. I need more ideas.

Shameless self bump;
My idea is to have my group traverse the ancient temple, mostly snake, poison, and Indiana Jones style traps. I'm going for a swampy Aztec feel, flying snakes Yuan-Ti Cultists, and a lot of puzzles.
Well, I'm not a big fan of 'fair' puzzles.
Like what idiot would put the answer to a puzzle in the puzzle.
For the yuan-ti having a psychic based puzzle seems appropriate.
Cursed items are good to. A weapon that is actually pretty potent magical weapon, but cannot leave the temple and of course the high priests know the phrase to turn it into a snake.
It might sound fetishy but a Yaun-Ti cultist breeding ball like actual snakes do would be eerie and gross. Make it like a Manson family or Bachnall dealio

Those deck boxes are pretty alright for the price. They won't flop open on you and will hold a double sleeved commander deck with a tiny bit of room to spare. They do the job.

I recommend making one out of duck tape and cardboard (mainly the stuff cereal boxes are made out of). Cheaper, more durable, and easier to color code decks.

Considering the game the pic is from, I'd do a combo of that and pic related with prosthetic limbs for normally vehicle mounted weapons.
I'm imagining one Giant that has a cannon built onto it's back and another that carries the ammo and fires using the first as a mobile gun of sorts.

City-killers.
Arm them with powerful weapons, give them high-powered and comprehensive armor systems, and then turn them loose in urban environments. The types of weapons that easily target them are difficult to bring to bear effectively in an urban environment without causing massive collateral damage to your own population and city infrastructure, which ideally you're trying to preserve.
Alternatively, artillery carriers who don't need fuel. Fuel supply being freed up goes a long way to...

So my friend and I were having a conversation about "useless characters," i.e. characters not built for their specialty (Bards without charisma, fighters without strength, etc.) and came upon a bit of a dilemma: Does such a character even exist for base WoD?
In other words, is there a build using only the base WoD book that is useless in game, or is the character creation too simple to create such a character? We couldn't think of anything, so I'm turning to you for ideas, if anyone is willing to help.
