They also aren't really there, thet just see things. Also, they have good spirits to help them out now and then.
Camping out is nice, good, makes you feel like a real explorer, away from civilization and from all of its rot and downfalls. Your recent experience with Reboldeux made you want to not stay close to more than a select few number of fellow human beings at the same time for quite a while.
Then again, just staying in New Royo for a couple days made up for that. Even though it's technically a village, and thus civilization, it's about as far-removed from that concept as you can get without going back to your hometown during winter. You might as well have been tiny,...

One of those things that never got brought up much. I'd assume that abhuman psykers would be the first ones on the black ships en route to being sacrificed to the Emperor. Chaos Squats might have one or two running about, I guess.

The squats were considerably longer lived than humans, and they started developing psyker powers once they reached a certain age. These squats were known as Living Ancestors.
Are you still playing this game, /tg/? I have because I actually like the concept and the deckbuilding limitations. The recent bugs have been making it hard for me to like this though, especially the one that makes sure you only receive less than half the coins a quest promises you when you complete it.

He wasn't even mad because it was the dumbest death ever. Good thing he was only level 3.

Hey all, need some help for my Cthulhu module I am going to run for my fiancé. Bare in mind this will be her first time ever playing a tabletop RPG.
What I have so far is she wakes up mysteriously on the Titanic early in the day of the tragedy. Just before waking up, She experiences a cryptic dream giving her some sort of guidance on what she has to do to complete the module. For the main plot, I was thinking somewhere along the lines that their is a cultist on board with an artifact that my fiancé has to retrieve for whatever reason..
I know this isn't much to go on, but perhaps it can feed your creative fires enough to help me out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you are GMing, remember...
1. To strongly consider giving out at least one free "tax feat," like Expertise and pre-errata Melee Training.
2. To use Monster Manual 3/Monster Vault/Monster Vault: Nentir Vale/Dark Sun Creature Catalog math. Avoid or manually update anything with Monster Manual 1 or 2 math.

If you google D&D 4e Drive you can find a lot of the pdfs too. From what I can tell the one called "D&D 4th Edition" has most of the books including rare ones like Threats to Nentir Vale.

I convinced my school's dnd club to buy pawns (the little cardboard things you put on stands) instead of plastic minis, because the former are much cheaper. Having more minis, and a little more of their funds available may be helping them somewhat. I don't know because I don't actually go to their meetings.
Aside from that, for the past 5-6 years I've been going online and offering help in response to posted inquiries and concerns. In terms of both rules, and sometimes table conduct. Not so much here though, since this place is horrible.
Within my own groups, I've helped about.. seven(?) newcomers to tabletop RPGs learn rules and have fun playing, and most of them seem to enjoy it, and kept playing for at least a year. That figure mostly includes women and minorities, so I think I'm doing my part in terms of diversity.

On an individual level, just try to be helpful and not shitty to people who want to play. For the tabletop RPG industry, I think that more streamlined games that are easier to learn are helping encourage people to pick the games up.
