What I really like about the expression is the confidence, yeah. And the way she's smirking, but it's not quite mean-spirited.
As for her personality, she's the type of person to refer to herself as "an awesome dude" without a trace of irony. Also, she has punched many things in the face. She's got a sort of brash and honest demeanor, in other words. The kind that smiles a lot, showing a lot of teeth. Um, and she tends to treat a lot of things with irreverence, I guess.
