All souled creatures has SOME power over the warp. But it's like an election, you need millions of the same thing to make a sensible ripple. Eldar needed trillions orgies going on at once to create slaanesh, but they did alter the reality of the warp through emotion, so its possible that trillions of humans with fatih on the emperor would cause some effect in the warp. But eldar are more psychic active than humans so, I figure, is harder for a Slaanesh-Like god emperor to form. Instead, I think, those blessings are captured from the warp by the sisters of battle through her miracles. And those ghost space marine guys.

I'm pretty sure PP will be breaking the law if they demand people charge a set amount for their product. That is price collusion and illegal in most places.
If someone can make a profit off of selling at 20% discount then they should be fine with selling at 20% discount. If you can't compete with that then you need to find an alternative way to run your business or accept someone else will replace you.
Price fixing is not going to solve the problem, if anything it is going to create more problems when PP price themselves out of the hobby. The giant model thing is already showing PP are getting desperate for a gimmick to stay relevant. It's what GW did because "No one wants to pay $60 for some toy soldiers when they could pay $60 for a new video games instead".
What all miniature companies and stores need to accept is that traditional gaming is being replaced by video games. The internet has completely changed the social landscape and going to your friends house is not replaced with using facebook, Skype or Steam. They need to find alternative ways to get people into the hobby and price fixing just isn't going to cut it. Even in the traditional gaming area wargaming is being replaced by board games. Armies are just too damn expensive outside of stuff like Malifaux, which is 8 models a side.

Players alternate using parts of their armies called formations rather than moving and fighting with their entire force. Morale and fatigue is represented by giving “Blast Markers” to a formation when something bad happens to it, which gradually makes it less effective and stops more and more units in the formation from acting until they rally. The scale makes units with longer range weapons or high movement speed stand out more, makes manoeuvring more important and allows for the use of many units that are superheavy or above in Warhammer 40 000, such as Baneblades, fliers, knights or titans without warping the game too much.
In this anon's opinion, this is a great gamers game as well as a great hobby game. Not as clumsy or random as 40k. An elegant game... for a more civilized age.

While I'm not gonna deny the Blood Ravens are a badass chapter, they got some issues. Like half the chapter falling to chaos and the other half not knowing about it; rampant kleptomania, being space gypsies, hoarding secrets and information from the Imperium at large and even from members of the chapter itself (kinda explains how they didn't even know they had traitors in the chapter). Still, I'd take them over other chapters for still remembering that they're here to defend humanity at the end of the day.
