Hey /k/ I'm going on a spook trip in Alabama to a place called Ghost Town (I know really creative) and there is a high chance of methheads and satanists (sacrificial stone altar in the middle of town) and I need to know if buckshot loaded in 12 ga shotgun exactly like the one in the picture would be enough to defend myself? Friend will have .38 on him and his AR 15 also.
>>29237719
>high possibility of group ambush
>bringing 2-4 shot long barreled hunting shotgun
>not AR15
>not even poorfag special WASR or SKS with 30 round mag
>>29237764
Safety in numbers anon. I'll also have a .44 on me
>>29237719
>satanists with a sacrificial stone altar
>in the fucking middle of town
how the hell have they not been shut down?
Hello /k/ommandos, in a couple of months, I will be moving out of my parents' house and into an apartment with my fiance. My fiance's family and some of my friends have been telling me to get a gun for the house, and after some thinking I have come to agree.
I'm a huge russaboo, I have a hard-on for Soviet era items, and I have done target practice with a Mosin Nagant in the past. I'm currently looking into getting a Makarov. Thoughts and suggestions? My backup gunfu is the 1911. Tell me what you guys have for home defense, what I should be looking...

Oh, and I left out that I know what Glocks are. I've fired Glocks, I know they are reliable, but I am not the biggest fan. I am honestly completely turned off by their aesthetics.
Either is fine but don't be a fucking retard who thinks that you can shoot .380 or 9x19 in the Mak
Personally, I prefer the 1911 because 9x18 is pretty anemic and you have a lot more options for 1911s and 1911 accessories and gear
>>29237381
Thanks. I was a little confused while looking for Maks for sale. People were listing them as .380, but I was pretty certain they were only 9x18.
Are airguns the next advancement in guns? The bulldog .357 can shoot a .357 caliber pellet to speeds of up to 800 fps. Thats damn near close to a bullet. It holds 10 shots in its tank and can be refilled super easy if you can a spare tank. With a little more development and advancement I could see these things being really cool
Heres a Fudd hunting some deer with one

No. Airguns will always be niche.
>>29237385
Even if they develop to shoot bullets at speeds that rifles do?
What's up with oper8ers and baseball caps?
>>29237187
>Comfy
>Practical
>Looks cool
>Normal soldiers aren't allowed to do it, so it's a special "fuck you" to uniform regulation autists.
From my experience operating.
>Light
>Keeps sun out of eye
>Boonie caps have fallen out of favor for whatever reason, I got made fun of when I brought when out to a op as a new guy
>keeps hair from blowing around (Because if you don't have cool long hair what's the point?)
Keeps the sun out of their eyes. The same reason everyone else wears them really. The only reason they are associated with operators is because everyone else has to wear a cover or helmet or whatever.
So what's the katana of guns?

What's your favorite military?
Mine's Japan.
This will get the NEETs to apply!
France
I always like reading about small defence forces like New Zealand, Ireland, Malta, Papua New Guinea that kind of thing.
They're kind of "comfy"
So I'm really wanting to find myself a DP-28, but all of them are either $5,000 on Armslist or in $380 demilled kits. Does anyone know where somebody could get a barrel for one to go with a parts kit approach, or is there full ones at a reasonable price? I just want muh dinner plate-28
RTG parts is having some barrels made, chrome lined too, your best bet is to build one yourself, DPM kits are around right now

Just buy one you poorfag.
GB2 Rainbow Six Siege, Tachanka.
What have you bought recently /k/? I picked up this S&W 642-1 on Wednesday.
Saving my money right now for a Colt AR15A4, if things work out, I should be taking possession of it in May.
Depends on whether Colt can meet the demand on the manufacturing end.
Been trying to sell my other AR because it's too expensive and I've been saving money to get some work done on my truck.
I think the last thing I bought was a Knight's M5 RAS
>>29236528
Nice! I've got an LE6920. I've got all the parts to make an A2 clone but I need some AR tools.
Ordered a 6904 this morning
Why doesn't media ever get weapons right?
>>29236430
Because it's produced by liberals for liberals in the liberal capitol of the world and accuracy of an object contributes very little to the entertainment value (the sole purpose for media existing).
>>29236430
>he doesn't know a pump action AK exists.
>>29236438
its an MP5 though
Any vet-students in /k/?
>muh finals
>muh deadlines
>no campus carry
>every class filled with children
WVU fucboi here, using my delicious voc-rehab and wasting my BAH on guns.
No one cares
I'm a veteran student, I graduated high school
>that feel when in the exact opposite situation
>Did university and hated it, dropped out, about to join army
Its an abstract kind of feel
>people use gun oil to oil their firearms
>people buy motor oil to oil their firearms to "save" money
>they do this when vegetable oil is right there
>>29236085
Go for it OP
If you have any wood stocks or grips, make sure to rub it in deep.
>at the range
>blatting the gat
>people start noticing an odd smell
>"Is someone cooking something"
>all noses point to you
>"Hey! Look at this faggot, he's too cheap to pitch in an extra dollar for gun oil!"
>>29236085
Fuck your sissy juices. Facial oil is where it's at.
Be one with your weapon.
Thought it would be interesting if innawoods loadouts had some more detail, including listing some of what the real items are. Makes constructing criticism easier, and adds a nice /out/ flavour.
>plan in case of SHTF, go innawoods, eat fish for 15 years
I can show you how to make a bomb with a roll of toilet paper and a stick of dynamite.

Fucking zombies/nuclear/government collapse/muslim uprising it doesn't matter just post some Weapons/equipment that would be essential or just good/cool for survival.
>>29235695
All four at once. Oh, Shit.
Just go in the woods with friends and family and vehicles full of supplies and start rebuilding where no one will run into you. Its always been my dream to live in a new age small farming community after a collapse or something
Hey /k/, I moved to the south after the crash. I found a good job and a good woman, but I have the opportunity to move back to my home state. My cousin is running work at the Apple headquarters and will put me to work for the next 5 years. $46 an hour, $50 when I make foreman... plus benefits.
My question is, can I legally return with the few pistols I've bought that aren't on the roster?
How about my AR?
Would I be forced to cuck it up, grind off the bayonet lug and install a bullet button?
T.Hanks guise!
Don't be that much of a faggot.
>>29235206
>My question is, can I legally return with the few pistols I've bought that aren't on the roster?
Nope, illegal but who cares?
>How about my AR?
Would I be forced to cuck it up, grind off the bayonet lug and install a bullet button?
Yes.

But If I put 10 more years in with the union, I can retire after 10-15 years.
I'd have to wait until I'm 56, but my pension would be over $3k a month... which is enough to be well off in the south.
...or better yet, Idaho.
