You know what's terrible? Slide mounted safeties. Those are just terrible and bad. All 3 of these series of pistols have those as standard, and the saftey is the Decocker. However, while we shit all over the berreta for it, the Jericho receives tons of praise. Often called the best cz clone or cz variant. The sw5906 rarely gets called out for it, and it gets loads of praise for being an excellent all metal budget handgun that shoots great.

Don't get me wrong, I hate slide mounted stuff. Safties and decocker because it's very easy to accidentally engage. But it's so much worse on the Jericho because the slide is inside the frame, making the gripping area much smaller, AND the serrations are right on the control lever. Front serrations would go a long way to fixing all of these guns

For pilots/aviators, at what rank are you finally done flying for good (assuming you command at every level)? This question is mostly for Air-Force and Navy because I know for Army it happens quite early. Like would a CAG or Carrier CO still need to do carrier quals?

Id say major, i still see light colonel and full birds fly but its uncommon. Full birds and up usually only go when they want to like for funsies, theyll see a local training flight and just kind of take over

I was in the Navy, spent most of my time as a plane captain. Our skipper was always flying; CAG not as much, but I assume he rotated squadrons; the boat's skipper flew a few times; the stike group commader (a one star) flew our birds a couple of times. And I think COMNAVAIRLANT flew a fighter, or at least in one, when he came out to visit.

Are FN49's worth the money? I'm really wanting to get one, but I always get buyers remorse after buying a gun. I want to make sure I'm making a good choice.

I seriously hope that "smart" gats are made the standard, as I have hyperhidrosis, which negates my ability to use biometric readers. Also, fingerprints can fade and erode to varying degrees if you do things like handle money all day long, "cashier hand".
