This is my original character Asmanos Aricia. He is 21 and a rebel. He had to go to church until one day the Satan came and he sold his soul and now he has a demon living in his lower abs area and it cusses a lot. He likes Bela Bartok and Megadeth and his favorite book is A Passage to India by EM Forster. He is an orthodox sanatanist and also he is bisexual and does not wash his hare.

The portfolio needless have such details, an architect would recognize that these are plans, which are technical as opposed to pure graphics in the book, but good point on fact I should add that these are plans tbw.
Can anyone dump some good references and pictures of value studies and lineart? Or just studies in general, like pic related?
I'm not really going to copy off of them, but I figured some good examples of what sketches or studies should look like will help me understand where to improve.

I'm asking because just looking over the threads for the past couple days, it seemed like all of /ic/ is very unfriendly to not just newcomers, but anyone pursuing drawing in any capacity other than "aspiring to make a career of it".
I realize this is 4chan, so there's always going to be some degree of inside baseball here (on essentially every board), and that there's a reflexive distaste in some for...
