i'm an 18 year old girl and though i'm not that afraid of aging i don't want to be the type of girl that turns 28 and looks like shit, children or no children. i lift but do barely any cardio accept from walking/riding a bike everywhere because i'm poor and have no bf to take me anywhere i want.
anyway i want to know how to look hot forever, or better than i do now
advice?

Holy shit this stuff's magic, I've been doing 5000 IUs a day for about a fortnight now and I feel great. Fapped twice yesterday and today I already feel hornier and more energetic than I did back when I fell for the nofap meme. Honestly feel like I can take on the world.

I'm a former fatass was 247 lbs and started lifting while slowly cutting on just a little deficit. I'm still very fat and propaply going to cut for 2 more months. 209 lbs. Right now I am cutting on 500 kcal deficite. Do you think its time to go for a bigger deficite?

I'm a girl and I've never worked out before until 3 weeks ago. I'm currently 5`4 and 130 pounds. I want to lose 25 pounds and be 105 pounds.
I fucking hate cardio-- I used to smoke cigarettes and my lungs aren't ready for the treadmill. I do, however, really enjoy lifting for some reason. I do a lot of arm work outs, then do some chest machine thingys, then I'll do some back machines, some ab machines, some hip adductors, some hip abductors, then I'll do some sit ups, then I'll go back to lifting weights, then I'll use some random...

Weight is controlled by your diet.
I suggest you read the sticky.
Weight loss doesn't come from lifting, nor cardio. It's all in what you eat. You can either count Cal's with my fitness pal, or with weight watchers system, or you can stay fat.
Lifting is great for your body, but doesn't drop lbs.
Also get a real routine and quit doing random shit.
