What muscle are you genetically gifted with and don't have to train? Lats and legs for me. My lats are just mega hyperactive for some reason, even with push exercise like Bench Presses I have to really concentrate to feel it on my pecs instead of my lats. And I don't even know wtf is going on with my legs, they just keep fucking growing even though I never squat.

Ask a guy who has been eating less than 800 calories a day for over 6 months while maintaining an extreme level of cardio each day (20 miles of cycling, walk 10 miles, run 5 miles x each day) and eats nothing but beans, rice, chicken, fruit, veggies and oatmeal but still looks like a fucking shit.
