People have told me if I shaved my head I would be more attractive, what do you think? Not very successful with girls so far despite lifting for 3 years + clean as fuck dieting.
If you shave your head you won't just have baby face, but baby head.

I'm 24 and in the mid 300s ng/dL, have had puffy pointy nipples since puberty and going to the gym since I was 18, gaining weight and losing it in my constant bulking and cutting without any results to account for. Hell, my max bench ever is 60Kg (thats 132lbs for those who don't understand metric). I also have trouble going through my day without trying to procrastinate or even get out of bed many mornings....

Yeah, sure. It has carbs, fat, protein and fibre. Pretty solid food, especially if you're on a cut.

Been getting quite a few white heads on my stomach lately. Read it could have to do with blood sugar pressure. Has anyone here dealt with it? How did you make it go away? Should I go to the doctor for this?

I have the same problem, although it's more on the chest, but it looks very familiar. I haven't really done anything about it (I got rather mild acne on chest back, and face) so far, but I can tell that is not related to food (Did fasting (10+ days), no milk, keto, no eggs, etc, but it didn't change anything at all). I was kind of hoping that it would go away on it's own, but your post just reminded me that it didn't and I probably should go to a dermatologist soon. I also have a mild dandruff...

Happened to to me once, I think it was becasue I accidently pushed my neck forward at the top of the lift. Has never happened again though.

Yes, I know this. I know what not continuing to do something means. I know what it felt like to have lifting be a part of your weekly routine for a long time. I did it without fail for about 8 months leading up to my accident. But I'm worried that I've fucked my shit up too seriously (as in my body in general) to ever make it. I'm afraid I'm going to turn into Jason Blaha at best.
Just turned 27 myself, and although my reasonings and injuries are different, i'm just starting as well, and see some similarities. We're both gonna make it.
What's your motivation to get /fit/
Looking at skeletons or fat people that just let themselves go. Gives a feeling of superiority in a way I guess.
