Why I feel like I have to throw up everytime I try to eat. I feel like throw up after a few bites and lose appetite, I'll end up force myself to continue eating or save it 2 hours later. I'm 50kg, gain 10kg for last 2 months. What is my problem actually?

Rows work more than your back. By foregoing them for chinups, you're missing out on a lot of leg development as well, and lower back.

Prove to me chicken breast + pizza is not health food.
Especially given a diet with sufficient micronutrient and fiber intake (i.e. Pizza, chicken breast, and salad with no dressing)

Well the sodium in pizza is bad for your blood pressure. If you're bulking it seems like an easy source of calories but high sodium/ simple carbs/ unhealthy fats make me say no to eating pizza as much as you would chicken breast

Alright /fit/ I need you to redpill me on the rice diet. I'm thinking about buying a giant bag of white rice and just eating rice like two or three times a day, I have a rice cooker and everything ready to go. I've read that you can't really put anything on the rice which sucks, plain white rice is virtually tasteless without some kind of seasoning.

I think I know how to fix bodybuilding.
So the big complaint is that modern bodybuilders are too big, and that nobody who looked like Frank Zane or Arnold could win today. Mr. Olympia tried to fix this by adding side contests- the 212 competition, which is for competitors under 212 lbs, and the physique competition, which is focused on aesthetics. but the problem is all the short guys enter the 212 contest and they look as fat and ugly as the tall regular Mr. Olympia contestants. And most the physique bodybuilders can't compare to Arnold's size or aesthetics....
