Hey 4chan, I need ideas for a special burger at my families restaurant, they are running out of ideas and don't have very good special daily burgers.
So Just comment Ideas and maybe you can get your burger featured at the restaurant.
Also if you live in vermont or near shelburne check out archies,
Think about what you're doing, friend.
You know what, I think my masterpiece is finally complete.
Your parents' restaurant has 2 stars on yelp.

Explain yourself.
>buy a shitty mac and cheese dinner
>eat it
>60% daily sat fat intake
i fucked up lads
>>7426289
And probably 100 percent of your sodium intake
Why would you buy that garbage when you can get more for less from any mom and pop shop
>>7426289
just go for a fucking jog, you'll be fine.
2 miles. report back here in 20 minutes.
Cheese contains sat fat. So fucking what?
Stay active and generally don't eat more than you need and you have no reason to worry about saturated fat.
This is a chicken sandwich I just recieved from Churchs Chicken. This is unvelieveable. Share your fast food horror stories.

>>7424221
Not enough mayo whiteboy?

There's supposed to be lettuce. The sheer lack of fucks given though is what bewilders me.

ingredient prep
> peeled shrimp, 1/2 tsp of salt
> keep the shells
> 1.5 tsp minced peperoncini
> 1.5 tsp red chili flakes (drop this down if you don't like spice much)
> quarter cup of basil and parsley
> 28 oz can of peeled tomatoes
Is there a good way to remove the solution that's added to cheap meat? I can only afford cheap meat that is 10-20% solution added. Whenever I try to pan fry anything, it ends up just releasing all this water and boiling in it.
>>7425288
It's injected, so unless you plan on grinding it and putting it in paper towel, no.
>>7425288
Get your pan hotter
>>7425311
this
also don't use a lid
What is your general opinion of Subway sandwiches?
>>7423661
Shit
Just about the worst sandwich you can buy. And it isn't even really cheap anymore. The only ones worse are those plastic wrapped sandwiches at a gas station. Tastes like taste and NOBODY likes it.
>>7423661
>subway
>pone
>pig disgusting sub
Just looking at that picture makes me feel uncomfortable.

opinions, /ck/?
is this the most meme restaurant item?
Sweet potato fries have the greatest discrepancy of all meme foods. Good sweet potato fries are far superior to regular french fries, but they're often prepared properly, in which they are far shittier than the worst french fry. It's a risk that's not worth taking unless you know the place.
>>7423153
what happens when they are prepared properly and why is it worse
>>7423165
I meant improperly. Whoops. When they're good, they have a nice juxtaposition between the crisp fried exterior and the creamy interior, without compromising the integrity of the fry.
When they're prepared improperly, sometimes it's too soggy and mushy and it's like eating vomit. Other times, they're uncooked in the center and it's like eating a greasy carrot. It's pretty bad. Sweet potato fries are the type of food you have to get just right.
/r9k/ here, need help /ck/!
I'm trying to branch out from chicken tendies at the advice of my psychologist and /fit/ said kangaroo was the best, leanest meat.
So I want to make Kangaroo burgers… how do I make patties? Someone said something about eggs. How do you make the perfect meat pattie?
>>7425638
take ground meat
shape into a patty
salt and pepper the tops and sides of the patty
fry
wa la
Step 1: Never listen to /fit/
the other steps don't matter
Kangaroo (and horse, emu, etc) is *too* lean to make burgers. They'll end up dry if you overcook them.
You could cook it rare I guess, but it's not recommended with ground meat.
To answer your question, google a burger recipe and replace beef with kangaroo (and a bit of fat/oil).
Broke student with a microwave 5 bucks and a neighborhood walmart what do??
Ramen with tuna?
>>7425557
what other than tuna would be good?
>>7425556
go to walmart buy tortillas, 2 cans of refried beans, and cilantro
heat beans in microwave, add in chopped cilantro, stir, put in tortillas, eat
if you can buy an onion too, go for it
if you wanna get fancy and $5 is a hard limit walk into taco bell and get some sauce packets and use those
I have literally scoured the internet looking for a recipe for my favorite breakfast pizza. Hot Stuff is usually found in gas stations in the north-central-midwest area, the Dakota's and Minnesota. I live fifty miles away from one now, they're being over run with shitty pizza that's cheaper for the gas stations to make. I've found copycat recipes for Casey's and Piccadilly, both of which don't hold a candle. Help me 4chan, you're my only hope.

Become a franchisee.

If I had that kind of money. Not like I could validate taking out a small business loan just so I can eat a specific type of pizza.
>breakfast pizza
America what are you doing
Hey guys I want to make a kind of stew with some lean beef, beans, and veg to last the week. Anyone have experience/can give tips relevant to this endeavour?
>>7425477
>cut food into chunks
>throw into pot
>pour in stock and leave
What else do you want? If you're feeling like a man you can sear the meat first and add some beer or something.
>>7425477
Fry the meat
Fry the veg n' aeromatics
Stew until meat is tender.
At this point add your filler like potatoes, half-cooked noodles, rice, or whatever
Eat when done, maybe some garnish like fresh herb or cheese.
>>7425493
well I'm making it large enough to last a week so I don't want it to be shit, and I've never done stew before..
Ketchup or Catsup?
On a related note, who the fuck thought it was a good idea to put ketchup in such a retarded receptacle? I'm so glad I live in a place where ketchup comes in squeezable plastic bottles.
>>7423084
ketchup is older than squeezable plastic bottles
>>7423084
it's packaged hot and it took a while to develop a plastic that would retain its shape and characteristics when exposed to heat
go back to /sci/ for a while
Homemade pizza from last night! What do you think?
way too much crap on top
if you are confident that the toppings you are using will not cook properly in the time it takes to cook the rest of the pizza, you should prep those items
>>7422856
We would rate your pizza if we knew what the fuck was on it.
