Thinking back I really shouldn't have used the term "fast food". It's really a place just like any bbq restaurant where you order at the counter and can sit down and eat or take it to go, like Rudy's, Bill Miller BBQ, etc. My point is they are well equipped to produce much higher quality BBQ, yet failed miserably
