Can of kidney beans Can of chili beans Can of crushed tomatoes Can of tomato sauce 1/2 cup brown rice 1/4 lb ground beef 1 Tsp paprika 1 Tsp garlic powder 1 Tsp cayenne powder 1/2 tbsp salt
All ingredients except meat and rice are put in a large pot and heated to boil, then simmered. Meat is cooked in a pan and put in the chili after draining the grease. The rice is cooked seperately and added to the pot when it's done.
This tastes really digusting btw, don't use this recipe.
it's basically horseradish-flavored mayonnaise, but i love it. i like it on almost every kind of sandwich and burger, but it's unavailable in most restaurants.

hey guys so i started a new diet and it calls for a couple of things i dont like. is there anyway i can replace the following with something else that is of equal nutritional value.? cherry tomatoes bananas orange juice
Actually, if you outright omit them instead of replacing them, it could be better for you. Do you realize how much sugar is in bananas and orange juice?
If you need to replace them with something, then use spinach or kale or something.
