Black Flag ran well on my PC, this runs like absolute shit. They've managed to fuck it up again. I'm glad I didn't pay for it. I haven't even got to the open world yet.

You'll need a very good computer to max everything though. I wanted to play on my laptop but it could barely handle it so I had to install on my desktop.
Not that it's saying much but it's probably the best ac game yet.

This game looks alright, gonna have a hell of a soundtrack.
Actually the soundtrack has been the weakest part in all the gameplay videos we've seen so far. And for an Atlus game, that's nothing short of criminal.

So "Official Capcom UK" recently posted the first ever video showing off the game and it looks fuckin amazing.
I want to point out something that really shows how much better the game will work on pc. Skip to 1:52 and look at the cyclops.
In the original console version the camera pans down almost 2 deconds before the cyclops lowers his head and roars. This indicates that the game really wasnt meant to be played with 30 and less fps.
Now that in the pc it runs on 60 the camera moves at the correct moment instead of just showing the cyclops gut for 2 seconds.
Also the textures look WAAAY better which also means that they had to compress everything to shit to get it to run on consoles.

Why isn't anyone talking about how this quest rapes the lore of Fallout? Has bethesda EVER played a fallout game? First they make jet pre-war, then they blatantly say that ghould don't need to eat, according to this quest. WHAT. THE. FUCK. TODD. YOU PIECES OF SHIT.

Is Nintendo to blame? This shit seems to mostly happen on Nintendo platforms.
Since they don't know and acknowledge the history of us white guys coming in and genociding the shit out of indigenous folk a la imperialism, this stuff kinda happens.
They see the issue pretty plain as day on a more China/Korea/Japan basis, and yeah, Japanese youth are generally more right-winged because they don't like the idea of apologizing for shiy their ancestors did.
Still, Japanese devs typically want to be in the right and not haplessly offending people either. They want to make more money and if the Ken Shimura jokes and thr Momoiro Clovet Z blackface incident get called outand it risks money in the pockets, then yeah. They will approve of the censor.
Same thing with Tengai Makyou and all of the ports. In Apocalypse IV, the word "Indian" is used close to 400 times from last I counted on the Saturn. In the port, they though, oh, that's... actually racists by today's standards, let's change that. They wound up going with "The Red People". Also a super hairy term but it was an attempt.
Forgive them for being slow, but honestly Japan shouldn't be doing it in the first place and it will dwindle the more they go for worldwide appeal.
In the end though, don't let Party City costumes shape your political opinion, dumbfucks.
