Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards
No contest.
It provides everything a solid Kirby game needs with the added advantage of the comboing, which gives it by far the best replayability in the franchise.
It also has visually unique 3D visuals and a rocking OST, even by the N64's standards.
The game also has a highly underrated multiplayer mode.

Ashbringer: Ashbringer will instantly kill any Undead or Demon creature below 15% health.
Demand for Justice: When you activate Avenging Wrath, you declare the first target you hit with Judgment as your sworn enemy for 15 sec.
Damage taken from and damage dealt to other targets reduced by 90%. You are healed by 3% of your maximum health every 1 sec.
Holy Flurry: After 5 Crusader Strikes, The Ashbringer will lash out and strike the target 3 times.
Hand of the Highlord: Judgment will immediately add 6.0 sec to the duration of all of your currently applied Hand and Fist spells.
Reach of the Highblade: When you activate Avenging Wrath, all of your abilities and auto-attacks gain 40 yards of range.
Sanctified Blows: Your Consecration leaves an image of Ashbringer stuck in the ground. When you use an ability, the Ashbringer image will distribute 15% of that damage targets within your Consecration.
Templar's Infusion: Templar's Verdict heals you for 100% of the amount of damage it deals.
Path of the Templar: Templar's Verdict now deals damage to all targets in a line up to 15 yards away.
Fiery Wrath: Undead and Demonic creatures within 20 yards are smited by Ashbringer every 2 sec, dealing 1000 Holy damage.
Wrath of the Ashbringer: When Avenging Wrath ends, Ashbringer will erupt with holy energy, dealing 20% of the damage you dealt during Avenging Wrath to all nearby targets.
Sanctified Blade: Each target hit by Divine Storm reduces the cooldown of Avenging Wrath by 1/2/3 sec.

Spirit of Vengeance: When you die, you return as a Spirit of Vengeance for 15 sec.

Wake of Ashes: Call down the Ashbringer at the target location, dealing 500% Holy damage and snaring all enemy targets within 8 yards by up to 50% based on distance from the center of the impact.
Demon and Undead creatures are stunned for 10 sec if struck by the Wake of Ashes.

Blessing of Might
Places a blessing on an ally that causes their attacks to have a 10% chance to deal 30% additional damage as Holy.
