When do you give up on a new game?
One sure sign for me is if I keep going back to older games cause the new game can't seem to hold my attention. It's not bad or anything. But a game should be magnetic. It should pull you into it. Make you want to learn how it plays and what's fun about it.

Out of the list, music would probably fall under simulator, party, or puzzle depending on the game, but I think it should be a genre on the list of its own. I'd rate it a 3.

Weren't they supposed to do some major overhaul? Did they ever do that?
So why are monks so often under represented in rpgs most of the time. The only time I can think of is disgaea and ff tactics and ff1. Where are there games where monks are than just the weakest in dps. also why? Is it because if given any leg up they be over powered? seems like monks are the hard to balance with other classes.
