The "guide to the galaxy" part is actually pretty solid, telling you what the planets do and stuff. While they are sparse if you are running post-ROTJ stuff, they do serve very admirably for 4-6. So for the basic holdings, I will be using the ASOIAF custom house holding thing. Alterac is modeled on the Mountains of the moon because they serve a similar geographical hurdle and a roughly similiar political structure.
