Hey /tg/. I decided to start a blood angels army, already primered my tactical squad mephiston red. What color scheme should i go for? I dont want to go with the one on the box, but not something outrageously different. Still the basic red, but changed up a bit. Also, what should I get for my army? Trying to be finshed by the end of this summer. Also, discuss your army and what you have. My brother plays dark eldar.
Bump this if you see it, i want some opinions.

4th company has black helmets due to getting wrecked by the black legion in an old white dwarf battle report.
Otherwise, some details in white or gold should do the trick. Try it on the pauldron trims and the knee protection. Eventually a vertical band on the helmet, those are easy to do and look prety good IMO.
You ca, also try a nice green if you fancy one particular shade, but I'm not too fond of those.
Btw, devastators are supposed to have blue helmets, assault yellow ones.

Why does wizards do this? I'm not calling for a ban or anything, but infect can sure as fuck pull off turn 3 wins easily. I don't get why wizards had to go and ban Amulet Bloom and Twin and let infect be a thing, it really makes no sense to me. I only mention this, because I was played ting against it last night, and if you're not running a decent amount of interaction, you pretty much lose to infect.

Because the only way Infect wins turn three is if your opponent can't interact with the board in any way. Any creature deck wins quick under those circumstances.
So WoTC has been trying to save Standard as of late, but they've been going about it the wrong way . The reason why standard has been losing popularit is because of outrageous prices. The new rotation schedule will only make prices higher, as a faster rotation will naturally attract more sketchy vendors (like the ones who destroyed the YGO community). WoTC, you know what you need to do to save Standard? STOP PRINTING MYTHIC RARES IN STANDARD SETS!

Yugioh is nearing death because the prices were absurd for years, so they've hit the panic button and have been reprinting everything for the past couple years as a last-ditch effort.

As long as it's not Twilight/50 Shades roleplay, I'd be fine with it. I don't see how you expected to get discussion out of this, OP. We're a board full of roleplayers. Of course we'd accept our (possible) kids getting into the hobby.
I have a daughter and she is. It's slightly less worrying than if she wanted makeup and short skirts.
