I'm trying to create a homebrew race of weird beings that look like pic related. I have no idea what to call them yet nor where to get more pictures, but I really like the basic look.
I'm thinking their abilites could be something relating to extreme animal abilites; like resistances to the elements and magic, perhaps also an immunity to poisons or disease. Natural claw, horn, and fang weapons, maybe even a bladed tail?
What would you do with these things?

It's because they are THE name brand of their respective fields, and completely dominate the scene due to their popularity. Therefore, more people are going to talk about them, because more people play it.
More people play it because it is more popular, therefore they are at least going to start with it as it's the easiest to get into.
People stick with it because it's what they started with, and they've invested a lot into the game, and they don't have to constantly worry...

Serious question: What's the draw of a game that tries to appeal to people who want to "settle?" I hear about it enough that it must enjoy SOME popularity, but nothing about it seems the least compelling. So, what's it all about?

It's mostly a party game for when it's late out and you and some buds are in the woods. It's good for people who like making plans, doing trading or building stuff, dicking people over, or are just fans of Oregon Trail. Also it has a crap ton of expansions and offshoots, so people can have whatever they want.

But instead of trying to reinvent the wheel. I'm pretty sure in the long history of table-top gaming, somebody came out with a game about being in an alternate timeline where the Nazis won World War 2. Does anybody know if such a game exists?

First off its phillip k dick who wrote it and the guy knows his stuff. America never entered the war because fdr was assassinated and USA never recovered in time from the depression. That let Germany steam roll Europe and meant the USA was blind sided by pearl Harbor and later conquered by the axis powers. In the TV show they added that the nail developed the atom bomb first too.
So I have a morbidly terrible idea. I have an RPG group I've been playing with for three years now, and have been thinking about streaming some of our session. I was thinking the first 2-3 would be rocky, but then people would just learn to ignore the camera while we're playing.
I've been thinking about ways the audience can meaningfully interact with play, and what kind of games people want to watch.
Do people want to watch tactical combat? Heavy story? or somewhere in between?
High fantasy? Low fantasy? Sci-fi? Cyberpunk? Capes?

So, i recently tried fielding frank horrigan for the first time. Mixed results. The guy is a huge point-sink, 'you bring Frank, your strategy is Frank' kinda deal, and if you loose him youre pretty much out of the game.
I mean, dont get me wrong, the mofo can melee deathclaws and outgun full paladin squads by himself, but he is awefully vulnrable to Giant-killer weapons like Fatman heavy weapons squads or first recon lines. Plus he is kinda slow, so vertibird transport is pretty much mandatory. Good...

Have found Dread to be a great one shot game for an evening. Plays with a Jenga Tower, pull piece out for a skill check, if tower remains standing you are successful, falls over and you fail.

Bardock has been badly wounded in training, and a Galactic Patrolman was sent to the planet to fight the Saiyans. However, he was quickly defeated, and rule over the planet seems secure.
Welcome to Saiyan Quest. This takes place shortly after the war against the Tuffles, as the Saiyans look for more foes to battle in the absence of their old enemies.
Voting will operate on a first to five system, at least for the time being.
Dialogue is allowed to be added to votes, as are actions (though I'll ignore what I consider shitposting)
