The Summer Sun Celebration happens yearly, so is there a Winter Moon Celebration? It's the shortest day of the year, and Luna's been back for a while. Maybe Celestia never felt up to hosting such festivities for that millennium, but now she's got plenty of reason to drum up sentiments for such a night, if it is not already in existence and attendance. So close to Hearth's Warming, too - it would be an ideal place to kick off a major party. Pinkie would approve, at least.
