AK. Removable magazine is standard and it's slightly more ergonomic. The one real advantage the SKS had- cost- has basically disappeared at this point.

I think this is bad advice. It's semi-true and OK a couple times, but owning a rifle like an AR doesn't mean a couple times, it's basically for life. Like safety, cleaning should be taken very seriously. Owning a rifle for 60+ years, used much or not, still requires a lot of cleaning sessions. If not, you will find it one day with rust....

That might just be the most ridiculous looking rifle grenade I've ever seen. I like it.
One thing I learned in the Army is that explosives are dangerous and if you don't need to be near them then stay away.
I used C4, Det Cord, M67s, LAWs, Dragons, AT4s and TNT. I have all of my limbs because I respected what they could potentially accomplish.
I say leave them to EOD and the Sappers.
