Hey /k/, I need some help making a decision.
I live here in Kekifornia fighting the good fight. I'm looking to get a P-01 but all the vendors for my LGS don't have any.
All of the handguns on the CZ DOJ roster expire January 1st and I'm worried that the handguns will fall off and the vendors won't restock in time or at all.
I've been eyeballing the P-01 for the longest time with the PCR being my second choice because I'm really not a huge fan of the loaded chamber indicator.
What should I do/would you do? Wait it out until around...

So, subsonic ammo out of a Ruger 10/22 is very very quiet.
Subsonic .300 Blackout out of a 16" barrel is not very quiet.
How quite would subsonic .300 be out of a 20" barrel if you used a fast burning powder.
The idea is that all the powder is burned up and maybe the bullet is even staring to slow down already before it leaves the barrel.
Why can't I find any info on any loads like this?
Seems like the concept is already proven with the .22lr.

You can, if you are a skilled machinist with blueprints it's safe. I wouldn't recommend it otherwise. I was a MR in the seabees, only one in my battalion, and got solid machining experience there. I worked for salient arms until the Vegas move as well.

Depends. Prepper Gun Shop has some good deals, but admittedly their website in general is cringey. I buy from PSA sometimes, CDNN sports, and a couple others for more rare/unique guns.

Good experiences. The most important thing is to have a good local FFL who won't hassle you about the transfer.
Other than that its the same shit as buying anything else except instead of it showing up at your door, it goes to the dealer and you fill out some paperwork to get it.
