Remind me again why 9mm is considered enough for self defense but .32 acp caliber guns are considered mouse guns only?

What I gather from this is that if you CC anything but a shotgun or rifle you're retarded.
Given the amount of evidence to the contrary, we can assume that something is amiss. Maybe the fact that this information doesn't even remotely match the information provided by the FBI, and no source is provided.

Statistics like this are laughably flawed and totally worthless.
The torso and head are not singular objects, they are containers that house many objects. The specific structures which are hit by the penetrating projectile are what determine physiological incapacitation occurring or not.

he says himself that he doubts the accuracy of the data on .25 .32 and .45 because he didnt have enough data. but, yes, in general most handgun calibers incapacitate at about the same rate

To the /k/ommando selling his M39 on Armslist.

I emailed you and wanted to buy your rifle. You never replied.

I just picked up a '44 VKT. Pic related.

Email people trying to buy your guns. Kind of the point of listing them online.

Do they have a real purpose in a modern military? Or they just tradition for the sake of tradition. For the folks who say it enforces discipline, do you have actual statistics backing this up?

This is from a brit on /int/

The Chancellor will announce that the UK will order 138 F-35Bs as part of the Spending Review

http://news.sky.com/story/1591964/pm-wants-syria-airstrikes-within-two-weeks

This is WAY more than most people were expecting, a few days ago the speculation was an order between 16 and 48. The F-35s are in addition to three extra Typhoon squadrons, meaning the RAF will be much larger than its French or German counterparts. There will be enough F-35 squadrons to fill both of the new aircraft carriers simultaneously while operating additional squadrons elsewhere.

The 138 aircraft will cost £12bn, putting them at £87 million each. Crucially a few £billion of the total cost will be invested in the UK as British companies like BAE and Rolls Royce are heavily involved (e.g. Rolls Royce makes the LiftFan).

I think it's the biggest UK defence news since... well I can't remember when they last announced something this important. My only regret is that I didn't screencap all those posts of anons saying we're never going to be able to use our carriers because we have no planes. There was that one American guy who got really angry with me because I wouldn't believe his crazy stories about permanent squadrons of US Marines on the UK's carriers...

Very interesting to me. A larger brit airforce/naval airforce, at the rxpense of some planned ships and the auxiliaries.

Also, $132 million per B.
Lockheed makin some dosh.
>>
Could this also mean the possibility of a 3rd carrier?
>>
>>27957069
Just gonna keep bumping.

$132 million is the price the for a british B in 2018.

Does this mean the $80 million A promise is bullshit?

Hello /k/. Just bought my first gun. Grew up around guns shooting with friends and senpai but my parents didn't like guns so I never have owned one. Wanted to get a concealed carry / self defense gun. Always been better with revolvers than pistols. D..did I do good senpai?

Troll thread

In the off chance this isn't-- assuming you got a good deal, sure you did fine. Not a particularly fun gun to shoot, but they work fine and are good CC pieces. Moon clips suck for reloading outside of a range setting IMO (not good way to carry them in street clothes) but it's a snub nose revolver hopefully you don't find yourself having to reload outside of a range setting.
