I've bounced bbs back into me before by accident, shooting at pigeons in a barn.
I had one shed with great ricochet walls. I'd shoot bbs at a slight angle so they'd bounce back and forth on the walls till they got stopped. I guess that's part of what makes bbs far more dangerous than pellets, they like to bounce instead of crush.

Just browse the internet for an optic in your price range and do research. Literally everyone I see with a $700 M&P has a $600 eotech or something of the sort while o got a $100 sight from SG that doesn't work. The front sight won't get in the way unless the dot is lower than the sight blade. It should be right on the tip of the sight post.

Ok so /k/ is the best place to get the most unfiltered and honest opinions on guns and gear, but you have to put up with a sizable amount of shitposting.
Reddit gun subreddits are probably the biggest circeljerks you can find on the web, with most of it shit and the minority being useful info.
Weapons specific forums (FALfiles for instance) are pretty good for specifics if you know precisely what you're after.
Are there any other sources I'm missing?
Also, why do so many anons shit on leddit? The non firearms related subreddits are complete shit, but I know a share amount of you are redditors because I've seen the same exact gun pictures posted here and on r/guns, r/mosinnagant, r/firearms, r/glocks, etc.

They even fit them on field guns like the L118 and M777 nowadays
