I'm about to buy an Arsenal SLR106 (5.56). Is there any reason I shouldn't? I also plan on getting the Bulgarian mags for it.

I've actually wondered the same thing. I hate having to buy a bunch of mags after I've gotten a gun that came with two, because they're two low capacity ones. There's no excuse for not using MecGar flushfits.

I want to get an entry level plate carrier / plate setup. I don't know much about this shit, I want something that is decent, and good value. Is a SAPI plate worth the enormous cost increase over AR500? Is there a better option? Help, I have nothing to attach my edgy moral patches to.
