how do i mix colors to create my gamut palette ?
I picked my primaries from this gamut mask and mixed them. then i took the 3 mixtures and added tones to them what should i do now ? why is there such a little difference in hue when i mix them ?
how do i create a color i need from mixing it like that ?

gamut is just limiting your color contrast, like how you would use value 2-6 instead of 1-10.

Study one subject for a good amount of the day and then do some small studies. And for what you should study I would say the basics till you master them and focus on your weaknesses.

There is no light source and so the shading is too flat.
The composition is boring. Iceman's pose is too static and Gambit's pose is outrageously dynamic.
The anatomy is wrong in many places. Iceman's limbs are disproportionate and his neck is misshapen. Gambit's arm needs foreshortening to show he is extending his hand to throw or else it looks stunted.
Speaking of his thrown cards, they have no dynamism. It looks like they are two big panels just hovering in place. The linework on them is too mechanical and it makes no sense he would be throwing two of the same card (unless he just uses a deck full of the ace of spades, I don't know X-Men lore).
The lines have inconsistent thickness and seem sloppy, especially on the ice trail.
The background is bare and boring.
While we're at it, always capitalize the first letter of a sentence and don't use commas for ellipses.

Learn with charcoal, then move up to oils. Pastels are bullshit for hacks who think they can smudge their way to greatness.
