Does anyone know of a way to calculate your body fat via your 1RPM's? Like say your 150 pounds and you can bench 150, squat 200, OHP 100, etc because only an exact amount of muscle can lift an exact amount of weight.

So I want to lose this flab shit. My first assumption was that cardio was going to be the right approach to do this. First, get back into shape to be able to run then just keep running like every other day. (I was on track, so I know what running means)

Also, eat oats in the morning, it fills you up really fast.
Eggs also do, especially when the whites are cooked, so don't hesitate to start your meal with a 4eggs omelet.
Decide in advance of a quantity of main dish you want to eat (carbs/meat), and prepare only this quantity, but don't count your veggies. Cook them by huge bulks. If you're still hungry after your main dish, stuff your face with veggies and water.

i'm overweight. DIET-WISE my plan is this:

Yes, what you missed is the fact that these are values that are good as a first shot, not definitive answers. You should adjust if you don't see any progress over the course of 2-3 weeks.

Also, you will lose fat yes, but the muscles you will build are less than you would if you were at a calorie surplus. you will only build muscle while losing fat...

Which doesn't sound like a lot but if you eat and lift right, you can gain about 10-20 pounds of muscle a year. So you fat bulk fucks eating 9,000 calories a day, just stop.

What was your physical education (PE) like at high school?
Our school required 8 hours of PE a fortnight (4 x 2 hour classes) from each student. You could choose what 'sport' you wanted to do for those 8 hours from a provided list. There were about half a dozen choices, like basketball, soccer, and so on. There was no gym or pool and none of the options were particularly physically demanding. Like most students I chose the easiest option - ten-pin bowling - which was offered since our school was located next to a bowling alley.

2x40 minutes twice a week.
We had to do mostly track things(except for things that require "skill" to do like pole vault, hurdles and nothing above 3k for running) for grade + pushups, pullups and situps. During winters we could go gym for 40 mins twice a week, but you could just sit there and do nothing if you wanted.
We were rated 1-10, getting a 10 was pretty difficult but just getting the minimum of 4 to pass was piss easy. We had our fatties but fat over hear doesn't equal a hamplanet.

I think schools should design a program that more intensely caters to your health, without being too strenuous on the majority. PE now is kind of a joke and there should also be more effort in showing the dangers of STDs and narcotics and how it affects your health and fitness,
In my school, in one of the richest counties I'll add, they became a bit too accepting of fat people in that it affected everyone else's workout. People were even exempt from doing certain exercises to save them from embarrassment...

What max lifts are considered respectable?
It keeps changing for me. When i first starting lifting i thought a 300 pound squat was really impressive.
I think if you can bench 315 squat 450 and deadlift 500 you are moving some pretty decent weight.

Currently i have cut out all bread/sugar out of my diet, i am decreasing my meals and adding more cooked eggs and salad to them. I vary my workout between running for 3 kilometers in the woods with my dog and going to the gym and doing 5x5 stronglifts with the squats, deadlifts, benchpress, overhead and trying to figure out how to do decent barbell rows. I now work out at least 5 days a week with rest days varying depending on what i need to do that day. Is there anything else i should add...
