Be honest, how many of you are using Pokemon Go as your form of cardio?
If they ever get their fucking GPS and servers fixed then add in a feature where it can run without the phone being on (like every other fucking app in the world) then I'll use it for cardio. In the mean time audio books remain king.

So I've been lifting for about 8 months and have had major form issues with my squat for the entire time. On Friday I finally determined that I genuinely lack the balance and flexibility to hit depth without forward lean.
Does anybody have experience with this problem? Can you recommend any stretches/balance exercises that I can use to work on it? Should I avoid squatting until this is worked out? If so, what should I do for my legs? Leg press?
I work in construction (10 hour days) and spend about 1.5 doing SS three days a week and 40min of running/sprinting two times a week
It's roughly 56 hours being physical but sometimes work is really easy, just standing around, waiting for orders to come in or whatever.
My question is which exercise option do I use for a calorie calculator? Moderate, Heavy or Athlete? There's quite a gap between the three and I'm looking for a 200-300+ TDEE diet so I want to pick the right one.
Am 5'8 manlet, 140 lbs currently. Started lifting ~ one month ago. Should I be bulking?

Start going to sporting events, start doing rock climbing or swimming. It's a higher chance to find a fit grill and it give you a excuse for why you work out so much.
But if nothing else, you get a talking point for what your hobbies are and why you're fit.

Why is /fit/ in such a negation about natural test boosters?
I know there is a lot of overpriced snake oil stuff out there, but ashwaganda is scientifially proven to work. It's often present in popular test boosters, but it's underdosed. If you buy it itself, you can get 2x the doses for 3 times less.

Does /fit/ recommend PPL or PHUL for someone lifting for aestheics? I'm on PPL right now and enjoying gains, but I feel like I'm missing hypertrophy in my workouts. My numbers are shit btw, but tbqh I'm not incredibly worried about the 1000 lb club or 1/2/3/4 etc.

Amazes me how many average looking, tall, very well built guys there are, with utterly shit skin - as white as paper, acne, etc.

Only just started a few weeks ago, building up slowly, but I've already had mires. I'm white and pasty as fuck normally, but when I do get a tan (on holiday abroad) I tan amazingly. Can't believe I waited this long.
