So I came across this premade vegan pizza dough. My partner is vegan, never cooked a pizza before so I'm planning on making a pizza with half vegan cheese and half with regular cheese. Any tips as far as the sauce or anything I should know? Is it better to do no cheese than vegan cheese?

ask your partner about vegan cheese. It's pretty gross and I don't ever buy it or care to eat it and a lot of people feel the same way. Also half and half is a terrible way and any "vegan" that would be okay with it is likely not a vegan so just go 100% real cheese.

Why aren't there more grocery stores like these? This is how people used to shop and they were fine. Now I have to squint into all these bright lights while commercials blare at me and deal with a bunch of niggers and their wild ass tar babbies. It takes alike an hour to shop and I have to walk for miles just to get from my car to the entrance then walk a mile to the back of the store for milk. What went wrong? These new massive hypermarkets are a living hell, and why are people even buying $500 of groceries at a time anyway?

I get food stamps, and they give me a disgusting amount of money for groceries, $630 ish a month for a family of two adults, one small kid, and one baby that is just about to start eating purees and stuff.

Pizza Dough Recipe:
1 cup water
1 pkt yeast
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp salt
3 cup AP flour
Put the yeast into a bowl and add 1/4 warm water (110F), 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp honey. Whisk and let sit for 10 minutes. Add additional 3/4 cup warm water, 1 tbsp olive oil and stir for another minute. Gradually add your 3 cups of flour, 1 cup at a time as you mix until it forms a solid ball of dough. How long have you been using it in your kitchen?
Yes, been using it since I was old enough to cook so I guess 25+ years now.
About 2 years now. Use it most mornings to make bacon/sausage and eggs and will sometimes use it to deep fry things.
