I moved to Denmark and the community I hang around with here well... nobody cares about the food, however they care about spending money on food. So they gather their money, buy expensive meat. However all that quality meat they buy just goes to waste on those recipes they use from "the good old days". The beer they serve before, during and after dinner is what everyone seems to care about...
I stopped partying mainly because of the amount of alcohol people here drink, and their demand of me having...

What are your resources for somewhat "real" asian cooking?
All the cookbooks I have, have an european focus, or only have asian "inspired" stuff in them. Now I am not autistic enough to totally object against this stuff (If it tastes good, it's OK, plus, cooking has always been about influences and change), but sometimes I just want to try the "real thing", if only to learn some new stuff, then I can then apply to other cooking styles.
So, any recommended websites? If I google for chinese recipes, I mostly end up on rather shitty...

DiGiorno?
Hey all I use to make jerky in the oven, just purchased a nice dehydrator. However I'm a little confused if the meat is cooked properly or not. When i have cracked it to check I end up seeing small strands of bright red or pinkish parts on the inside. Could anyone with knowledge help me?
Two more pictures, this is also venison
>you know it's done when it sticks to the wall
I'm confused by this
Why is it good/bad?
>good
It's like atheism. It's a great way to get people to start thinking for themselves. Questioning my faith only made it stronger, and for that I'm thankful. Thank you, atheism!
Try meatless Mondays. Falafel is good, hummus is good. But never, ever stop eating delicious barbecue, burgers, and fried chicken.
>bad
Like atheism, some people never come back. They take it to its extreme.
You didn't need to start this thread again.

What the fuck is this lardass propaganda?
It is food - a means to fuel and nourish your body, Putting plants at the base of your diet is almost always good for you. And eating an excess of anything is usually bad.
Assuming an ideal human diet is based on vegetables with supplemented with moderate protein and fat and plenty of carbs when needed, vegan and omnivore diets should hardly vary. Either you eat meat and eggs and yogurt or you eat grains and legumes etc. Eating shittons of meat will shorten your life anyway.
Why do people make fun of me so much for putting shrimp on my pizza?
>>7260555
dunno, looks good.
Because they try to find any sort of humor in you, and sadly that's the best they could come up with.
>>7260555
I would eat the fuck out of that, and have had a similar pizza from a "Boutique" pizza place before.
If you like it, eat it. who cares?
It was a sad night last night. :(
>he didn't McPick 2 for $2â„¢

Steak, every meal
Probably kc strip for breakfast, filet mignion for lunch and a Ribeye for dinner
Pretty much the same as now, but with higher quality ingredients? Also, if I don't have to work anymore, I'll probably start cooking just for the hell of it, so the quality would probably go from 'acceptable' to 'halfway decent'.

Shit taste.
>every meal
I'm trying to eat healthier. I'm cutting out fast food, beer, eating more vegetables and less bread, and less overall.

Chipotle employee here, been working here for over a year and a half including a location change.
How does /ck/ feel about the ecoli thing that happened? I am honestly not too informed on what happened but if any one wants to know the changes we have been making in order to combat stuff I can answer away

What's your average customer?
>>7260265
I'd say it's about 25% New people/families who have no idea what they want, 25% regulars that the other employees are like "Customer!!! How ya been?", 25% people on their phone through the whole line and 25% people who barely speak English/their "translators"

Can you get 'cha with your 'potle 'rito?
What are these dark red blotches in this cut of beef?

It's okay, that animal deserved to die anyway so you could cook your shitty subpar dinner
Am I a dirty savage for not liking the rind on cheeses?
Absolutely depends on the cheese and/or make. It's fine to skip the rind in some cases.
I typically eat it anyway because I find the bitter taste compliments the cheese.

>LITERALLY eating mold
What are you, a degenerate?
high quality cheeses - eat it
anything I don't know or that is cheap - not eating it
Is spinach the most misunderstood vegetable?
I think sprouts are. I love a good sprout, but they seem to get a lot of hate.
>>7260160
Why misunderstood?
I have a pack of frozen spinach in my freezer and I'm about to cook with rice.
Normies only eat industrial waste with added salt and sugar, but many folks know better.
>>7260160
No that's the brussels sprout. The little fart balls aren't all that bad braised with salt.
