Hey guys, trying to clean out the fridge. I've got a pot of kidney beans started, and I have some chicken breasts that I need to use up. Any ideas what to do? Current idea is to shred the chicken breast, season beans and chicken with taco seasoning.

I was cleaning off the cork for pic related and ended up getting a little bit of the hot sauce on my hands. I thoroughly washed my hands after with hand soap and dish soap, just to be safe. A few hours later I practically blinded myself when I rubbed my eye with my hand.

Rub your hands thoroughly in oil for at least 1 minute and then wash it off with soap. Repeat if necessary.

Once I started noticing corn syrup in things like bread, spaghetti sauce, cans of refried beans, yeah it's not too hard to believe people go mental or suffer a withdrawal if they go without. Processed sugar is in so many things these days.

Its a "USE OR FREEZE BY" date, so as long as you froze it before the date you should be all cool. Those dates are pretty loose guidelines anyway, though. Ive eaten chicken nearly a week past the USE BY and been fine, and I cook my chicken medwell.

What do you think the perfect length for your main chef's knife is, /ck/? I think 9-9.5"/23-24cm is ideal. 8" and 10" knives are fine, but anything more than 10 is excessive and pointless
for me 10" is the perfect size and i use that for almost everything.
i feel weird using anything else but i do use a 5" for trimming raw chicken
