I've never been on /ck/ before, so I apologize if this thread is inappropriate for this board.
I live in San Diego and am pretty sick of IPAs, so I'm looking for an affordable craft sour beer. The only beer I can think of is Petrus, but it's only sold in bigger bottles for over $20.00.
Any recommendations?
This is a valuable thread, and I would also like some recommendations on where to find cheap sours outside of Europe.
sours by nature do not come cheap as they have to age like a wine to achieve the full flavor potential

It was my birthday yesterday, so I figured I'd treat myself to a rib eye dinner. Ready to cook /ck/? Nothing special, just a mid-week steak...
I seasoned with s&p and a little garlic powder, heated up the cast iron til' smoking hot, added a little oil, and started the party...I cooked them for about two minutes per side, once I knew I had a good crust.

i don't know about the grill part, I usually just eat cheese on toast, but i use a filling that is two parts shredded cheese, one part dijon mustard and one part mayo
mix that up and spread it on the bread, far superior to cheese alone
