how often do you guys wash your hands when cooking with raw food?
I went to America and saw my American friend handle raw food, then touch their phone, then touch everything else in sight without washing their hands. Is this common?

I usually wash my hands after I put the meat in the pan. Or I just wont touch anything with that hand until I've washed it.

I once was in a shitty mood while working my cashier job and I made a comment about how organic food is a scam at that price. A woman retorted that as a toxicologist, she can confirm that it isn't.
Were apples grown at the time of the crusades organic? I don't know, but the poorest fuckers on the planet could somehow find a way to get an apple. Now an organic apple that's "better" are two for $3.50 and it's bullshit.
Anyway GMOs are fine because Golden Rice. Like alternative energy, it's about kingpins and money.
they have strains that are so closely related that if one plant is weak to disease of pest or weather the whole crop is lost and gmo companies are so large that crop failure and yeild can be guessed and market price and investment and reaction guessed to the point where the economic math is manipulate-ible.

Heya /ck/, it's me again. Since I'm going to be busy leading up to Thanksgiving, this cooking with Anon is coming to you a few days early! While I get ready to fry the chicken, I'll get this thread started with today's sauce. Now, there are other recipes that take less time, but this sauce took a few days, to be straightforward.*
Start by getting some peppers! I used Jalepenos and a Hungarian wax pepper for a mild but noticeable heat.
*While this sauce could be done in a day, I'd recommend an alternative recipe or buying store sauce.

For breakfast, I made rigatoni with a ragu. My ragu contained ground beef fried in left over oil I used to fry a mess of catfish.
It gave me a stomach ache.
Adding onion pepper and butter to the potatoes. Haven't decided what else I'm going to do yet

Chef Boyardee was invented in a restaurant called The Ship Lantern Inn in the Hudson Valley of New York. They have old cans of the food decorating the eves of the interior of the restaurant. It's food is beyond sub-par, their BoH staff is all Mexicans and FoH staff are a disgrace.

I made some eclair cake the other day
Pinterest tier recipe is just graham crackers, instant pudding/cool whip combined, and canned chocolate frosting.
I made the pudding from scratch and added whipped egg whites to make the filling lighter, I was kinda surprised it stayed light after resting too. And I made the chocolate with good cocoa powder and dark chocolate. Pretty easy and tastes pretty good, coworkers loved it.
I fucking hate cooking.

I hate the linecooks and our "head chef" is an Aunt Jemimah type old black woman who is merely there as a gimmick to make the food seem special. The entire place is wacky.

I work with a lot of Mexicans - not Latinos who grew up outside of Mexico, but straight up Mexicans - and they put ketchup on their pizza. Why?
