Read the /fit/ sticky for health advice, it covers a lot on nutrition and how to lose weight. On your specific question, the only answer is that one has more carbs and fibre, the other more protein and fat. That is not indicative of healthiness though, carbs, protein and fat are all part of a balanced diet.
Western diets already consume too many grains. Eat meat.

Title explains it all also what do you like to eat it with.
Senegal and Coucous, I eat it typically as a basic starch as one would rice especially with a fatty stew of lamb or goat with tamarind, baobab and onion
I do a typical dessert with yogurt and a sauce of baobab and peanut butter as well but it's like eating a very rich pb&J with milk so it's a rare thing.

So, this may look not appetizing, but my favorite pizza is a fucking BLT pizza, especially from Jet's
It looks awful but I shit you not it's great, nice warm mayo underneath the cheese on the crispy crust, salty bacon on top, and then topped with cool lettuce and tomato after it's cooked, it's great

worked there in jackson, mississippi like 7 years ago. the owners came in sometimes and were total dickheads. cold, bossy, impersonal.
also the menu over the cash registers instructed customers not to tip. which was shit because it was a full service restaurant. we brought out their food and got them refills, etc.

It's the fact that the store literally instructed customers to NOT TIP. That's a slap in the face to their already underpaid staff. There's no reason to put that on the menu unless youre a sociopath.

Well, technically all aspects of culture are memes, a meme basically being a concrete, individual unit of culture.
That said, marinating is a legit technique that is useful for both tenderizing and/or flavoring certain cuts of meat, to impart a unique flavor to them that can harmonize with other aspects of your plate.

Ramen is fine. Especially if you make your own noodles.
Either way, add vegetables, meats/eggs, and other foods you like to a bowl of ramen and it really isn't so bad. Try not to drink too much broth all the time, that salt really will kill ya.

If you're going to eat ramen, get quality ramen from an Asian grocery store and add whatever meats/vegetables you want. instant ramen is bad for you because you're essentially eating wax and salt. however, higher quality instant ramen wont' be as bad, but it still shouldn't be your main diet.
