Last time I ate those weird stringy mushrooms they didn't fully digest, making some of the ugliest turds I have ever seen. There was already a shitload of brown rice in them, and the mushrooms made it look like they had tentacles. One little piece took several days to flush. Pissing on it didn't break it apart. It just released a horrible smell.

I can't imagine saltimboca or kiev with thighs.
sometimes I want the chicken to bee a bit dryer and less greasy and opt for breast instead.
Chicken breasts are better for sandwiches, soups and salads, while chicken thighs are better alone with sauce.

I used his recipe for roasted parsnips, without the stockpot, and it turned out great.
I think if you ignore the obvious insert of the stockpot or whatever Knorr product he's using, the recipes are quite good.

How are you cooking them? I think they're best when done really hot, so they almost char and caramelise.
