So /ck/ time for the age old question
/dark meat/ or /white meat/ ??
there is a right answer.
>that delicious pull-apart moistness
>that burst of flavor
>that slippery slide it makes down your gullet
Which is the best meat and why is it dark meat?
>>7113296
Dark when it's fresh out of the oven. White for sandwich leftovers. Dark meat can't be reheated properly and still be decent. Have to eat leftovers cold as a finger food/snack.
>that delicious pull-apart moistness
>that burst of flavor
>that slippery slide it makes down your gullet
Are you talking about turkey or cum?
>>7113301
if you have to pull apart your loads, you should see a doctor
Happy thanksgiving /ck/ I'm spending it smoking weed and drinking with my cat. Going to make breakfast for dinner later.
I've never had alcoholic eggnog before and I wanted to try something simple like in the picture, is it any good? If so is traditional or vanilla spice better? Thanks.
>>7112996
Do you like vanilla?
Best commercial eggnog that I've ever had.
>>7113003
Yes I do actually
HALP! I was planning on making sausage biscuits and gravy for lunch today. I just realized I don't have any flour to make roux.
Would substituting bread crumbs or corn muffin mix work? Or should I just cook the sausage as patties and eat them w/ biscuits and no gravy?
>>7112951
use corn starch...
>>7112954
I like to think if had that he would have mentioned it.
Hello, friend. I've missed you.
>>7112834

>>7112839
No Costcos here... only Sam's Club.
>>7112834
HOLY FAZZOLIS'S LOOK AT THAT STROMBOLI!
>"oh hey Anon, it's cool if I borrow your pan for dinner right? I'm nearly done using it."
>>7112832
>putting molten sugar near a sink or water
Wow, I would have LOVED to been around that explosion.
>>7112832

Is it normal to have Thanksgiving dinner early? Like really early? My family is about to sit down for dinner in a few minutes and it's not even 2:30 pm yet. Is this like a common thing because we do this every year
>>7112799
Yes
my family is eating at like 3, but we usually eat at 11AM. i don't think we've ever actually had a traditional thanksgiving dinner, it's always at lunch time.
Yes. My family has always eaten around 6 and I've always thought it was weird since everyone else I know eats at 1 or 2
Who else is gonna 'cha up there Turkey today?
>>7112759

There can be only one.
What is the best spread for toast?
Butter.
>>7112486
And lots of it.
cream cheese
Fish fingers for one done cooking.
Use tasty tartar sauce.
Just a dallop of tartar sauce.
Finishing touches of ketchup and sriracha faces. Wa La.
Food items you can't live without.
What's yours?
For me, it's this:

Pic somewhat related. Not for me, but I'm sure for someone.
Pesto
Oats and milk.
So simple, but they taste great, are quite healthy and really warm you up on a cold winter morning/night.
>>7112407
Seltzer Water, really just unsweetened bubbly water in general.
I can down entire bags of hot cheetos in one sitting. It's not something I'm proud of, and I limit my intake to one a month, but I fully acknowledge that once that train sets off, there's no stopping it.
Hey weebs of /ck/, have you tried any of the recipes in Shokugeki no Souma?
Post some pictures/outcomes/stories/etc.
Those recipes are insanely complicated, I think the only one I could do is the eggs over rice from the first or second episode.
>>7112340
Not really, I did my waifu's eggs Benedict. (Erina)
Shit tastes okay, those recipes get way too overhyped, but you expect that from the anime.
Someone posted the potato/bacon thing from the first episode last month. Looked pretty meh in real life (the anon did a pretty decent looking job).
Does that show ever get better? I dropped it after a few episodes when it became just another special battle high school anime.
