Persona 3's characters are almost objectively better. Keep Playing.
After that play Persona Q on 3DS and by then hopefully Persona 5 with be close to releasing.

Persona 3 was boring as hell until around the beach trip part. After that though it was fine. Tartarus got tedious sometimes, I'm so thankful that Persona 4 made the dungeons a little more engaging and for the love of God not using the same BGM for 100-something floors straight.

Don't bother, it's almost impossible to play P3 and enjoy it if you played P4 first, if you can get through the boring gameplay and tartarus you will be rewarded with a really good story.
I just installed mass effect 1 and I don't know a single thing about the series.

A few things:
>Talk to everybody
>Your actions and words will be rated as "paragon" or "renegade", aka white knight or end-justifies-the-means. Don't blindly follow one path, choose what your Shepard believes in and make appropriate along the way
>Read the Codex, especially at the start. The game drops a ton of stuff on you in the opening scenes, knowing what is being talked about will help.
>Vanguard as a class. There is no other choice, especially ME2 and onwards. Best mixture of biotic (basically space magic) and combat classes.

I think that Mercy's ult should be stoppable. it's not, which is dumb. If she presses Q, people will get revived, regardless of if you kill her the exact frame she does so.
Lucio's needs him to land to work, and while Zenyatta's is instant, it can be worked around by moving the zenyatta away from the group

I wouldn't bother with the 3rd party cpu cooler on the i3 and use the money on a better gpu with at least 4gb of vram (stretch to the 8gb rx480 if you can).
