I understand this will cost almost as much (if not more) than GTA , but my question is why can't they fit it all on one project? I keep hearing they'll run into budget cuts which ultimately leads to cut content, but why can't they avoid this?
I am willing to understand their decision to play it safe, but if Rockstar could make GTA V, this should be no problem.

Never played Dark Souls but all Witcher suffers clunky combat, albeit W3 is much better than previous ones. If it's at least as good as Arkham I would be happy.
