Probably, PS4 version is the emulated PS2 original, all the other versions are ports that have stupid fuck-ups because Rockstar was high as fuck.
You can get back the original lighting on PC with SkyGFX, and SilentPatch addresses some bugs in the PC port Rockstar couldn't be bothered to. You should also get the vehicles and maps converted from the PS2 version because the PC version fucked them up in all sorts of ways.

Paragon and overwatch both look great. They will replace my need to play Dota 2 and TF2 since i'm tired of them both.

you can use fliers to get over barricades, or just use archers to shoot up till they die.
