if you prefer 3 over NV you might be mentally retarded. The only concrete defense I see is "the experience is better" but that's completely subjective, ruined by the metro tunnels and doesn't matter when there's a complete wasteland 200 years after the bombs dropped which doesn't even make sense.

Disagree. Perks can be balanced to be acquired every level and its usually better to have more things to choose when you level up.

I agree with most of the rest and I don't think anyone actually considers FO3 better than FNV. FO4 is better at the gameplay department though.

A little disappointed the Berserk gear isn't in still, but with a bit of luck the items will still be in the files and it will just be a matter of using cheatengine or something. Either way, not having them isn't really a deal breaker.
