Honestly? Probably Zelda. The other one seems to be trying for the typical AAA stuff. It'll be farcry assassin's creed type of open world, also it's a new IP and might try too many things halfassed and feel frantic.
But they really don't seem to be related in anyway. I don't quite understand the comparison as they only have "open world" in common. Someone will very likely say horizon looks better as that's the type of game they like more. They really shouldn't be compared, you might as well make a metroid vs skyrim next.

One part character design/background and one part popularity.
CoD has a huge playerbase but you don't see a lot of OC because people don't have much to work with.
There are plenty of recent games with a fair amount of material to work with, but they weren't popular enough to draw attention of those that make OC.
Market them as Tracer crocks and you'd be rich.
