I just replayed this game and reaffirmed my convinction that this is the greatest horror game ever made. Everything about it feels physical and up to chance. It doesn't seem scripted, when you "get" a puzzle it feels like you really figured it own on your own.
Generally speaking I'm crazy about Frictional Games, and I think its great they did the storytelling thing too (Machine For Pigs) but nothing will trump the sense of discovery you get from Overture.
also, Penumbra makes use of the inventory in thr best way possible. Instead of giving narrative clues or leaving notes, Penumbra makes you pick things up and figure out how to use them

Whats a good PC controller to buy?
My old one keeps getting ignored by Windows, so I have to restart, plug in and out 50 times, only to get it recognized.

I wish i could leave Competitive more often since half the time the team composition is fucking terrible and I'm always forced to pick tank or mercy since there are brain dead retards that go into Competitive

I can't get past rank 50 since i lose half my games due to shittersbad players need to stick to quick play and stop fucking over people who want to win in competitive
What I hate is when I do wait for others to pick there shit and for it come down to still needing both a Tank and a Healer, and its me and one other dude who haven't picked yet either playing a game of chicken or them just being some fuck taking forever, well into the time to mobilize on defense only for them to pick neither and be some other Hero we already have from Offense.

Every time I play healer my team has such poor dps they don't get a single kill.
I sit there healing them and damage boosting them for 3 minutes while they pussyfoot around unable to kill anything. I can almost carry my whole team as Soldier or Pharah, trust me buddy, you want me on DPS.
Tank is good too, rein and roadhog can just rape people.

Should I go for a PS3 or an Xbox 360? I dont have a lot of $$$ to splash so I can buy either of those two. I had a PS2 before, and would love to own something similar but better. I havent played online before on consoles so I dont know whether Id like it or hate it.
PS3, put custom firmware on it and run games off of a hard drive/network and you're done.

Pretty fucking neat, not gonna' lie.
The music and the major mechanic remind me a whole lot of a PS1 game I used to fucking love. I forget what it's called, but you were in a room with five or so other dudes and could turn the room by walking up the corners, the music was trippy and there were tons of explosions.

I really liked it.
Only wish the puzzles were a bit more challenging. It happened only 1 or 2 times for me that my first approach to a puzzle wasn´t the correct one.

Though there were some pretty good ones that you almost can´t call puzzles likethe part where you have to jump over a fence to get away from 3 dogs and then rip off boards from a wall

Some puzzles did take me a few minutes.
The only ones I actually took enough to feel stupid about it were:-The first time you have a button that floods an area and closes doors
-The time where you have the reverse flood mechanic and need to get up into the box so you can get up into the water so you can fall on the other side
I'm not complaining, though, even if it didn't have The Witness tier "What the fuck am I doing" puzzles, they were challenging enough to keep me entertained.

Yeah
It has a ton of huge problems, but it's still hard to say that I regret playing it. It's okay. The way it handles its open world is probably what it does best, and it's the only open world game I can tolerate
