Rome, Medieval 2, Shogun 2 is a great starter if you're new to strategy type games, Empire and Napolean are also good.
Basically just pick your favorite time period but avoid Rome 2
This demo was such a mistake. The fucking framerate is worse than Episode Duscae. All this "tech demo" showcased is how unfinished the game is.
The combat is alright, but could be a lot better. The input delay is really bad. To showcase the aerial combat, they should've had a big mech enemy and not the Iron Giant. Shuriken are pretty much useless, and so is the shield except for maybe stunblocking.
Again, this demo is a rushed mistake and was completely pointless.

So the shield can block and parry stun, it's a fucking shield what the fuck did you expect it to do? make explosions? it even has a ranged attack where you can throw the shield.

It's only 3,5gb, thats like, 500mb less than a ps2 game. All this tech demo showed was that it was unoptimized and Se didn't give a single fuck about it.

Also the 2013 trailer looked better. The tech demo footage from 2014 looked better, and I don't mean from a gfx standpoint. I mean gameplay wise.
