It isn't though. Best lore, best level design and bosses in the series. Unfortunately it is held back by Blood Vial farming and a horrible framerate.

str/dex/faith means your stats are stretched thin, and the damage being both physical and magical means you don't deal as much damage as you would with other builds
i mean it's fucking radical
but it's suboptimal
great axe has literally the exact same moveset with the exact same broken roll r1, but it leaves you with more points to put into vit/end after pumping up str
