Now that the dust has settled, what went wrong?
It's a little thin. Not just in maps or game modes, but also in character and charm. For a game Blizzard billed as character focused it sure doesn't have many character lines.

Ultimates feel very lackluster and too many chokepoints. Game also focuses too much on flank action with a small amount of team action/play going on. Characters feel very underwhelming to play only one or two I have played have actually felt like they do things mainly Road Hog and Soldier 76.
