Season 2 is pure kinotv.
I liked Season 1, though the fedora-baby's-first-existentialism shit was cringeworthy, but, season 2 had me feeling since the beginning.
The only bad thing I can think about in this season was the fact that the mystery was obfuscated by the characters. There wasn't that 'big bad wolf' like in season 1.

I think people were just upset it wasn't like S1, it was still absolutely great in it's own right

He has no motivation other than the fact that his name is Lex Luthor and he's SUPPOSED to hate Superman seeing as this is a DC comics superhero film.
This movie has no storytelling, it just jumps from nonsensical subplot to nonsensical subplot. Lex doesn't even interact with Superman until the very end of the movie. Garbage. No tension or rivalry s built up. Lex just goes on creepy tirades about Greek paintings and father issues or whatever the fuck. He comes off as a manic unhinged pervert instead of the cunning reserved businessman type that Lex Luthor is supposed to be. He was easily the worst part of the film.
