It's like he's forcing himself to reprise the role of Alexander deLarge in a clockwork orange. And it's even worse because he's sitting there for 3 days straight

Evil Dead 2
The Dead (2010)
The sequel sucked and both movies had pretty crappy endings but the cinematography and settings were good.

Zombie 3. It's pretty awful, but it's the only zombie flick where I've seen a severed zombie head fly out of a freezer to bite a victim.
Just finished this and its fucking beautiful
A little slow at the beginning, but otherwise 9.5/10
What is the general consensus on it?
I loved it, one of the movies in the last few years that I remember literally being on my edge of the seat while watching it in the theater
Not enough stauesque dancer feetsies
It was a good meme back in 2010. But nobody remembers/cares about it, Aronofksy, or Portman anymore.
Really it was only one of those things that was relevant at the time.
And the content that was"so shocking!!" can now be seen on tv shows that regularly top the tv ratings.
Been a long time since we had a /JWORLD/ thread.
So, despite this movie being not so great, the hype and the nostalgia of summer '15 is more than enough to make up for the film itself. Saw it again with my gf and son tonight, she didn't like he, the kid liked it, i think, and it was my third time seeing it.
again despite it's flaws it will think it will be a classic
Blue was the best girl.

The only one character that didn't need/deserve to die was that Indian boss. He really was chill.

I remember pirating this movie back then, was a lot harder a process than Torrents and shit are nowadays.
Big Lebowski for the Green Day generation. It's not a 'good' movie, but I enjoyed it back then and I can stomach it today.

fuck that was hot.
Just saw The Peanuts Movie.
While the pacing and soundtrack leave something to be desired, the charm and the innocence of the original Charlie Brown cartoons manages to shine through. You can't help but root for the perpetually luckless blockhead, as the world continually builds him up just to knock him back down again.
What really stood out to me was this almost complete refusal to modernize. Despite the new art style, the animation is surprisingly old-fashioned save for Snoopy's dogfighting scenes with the infamous Red Baron (by the way, 3D is worth it for those scenes alone). The characters still use corded phones, book reports are still written with pencils and paper, there's not a single element that wouldn't fit perfectly into one of the old cartoons, even going so far as to use kids for the voices. They even revert to the 2D art style when Charlie Brown's daydreaming.
While it maintains the spirit of the originals, it also has this frustrating inconsistency with pacing. The plot, which centers around Charlie Brown's quest for the Little Red Haired Girl, goes with much more focus than the original cartoons, which were much more content to simply meander and enjoy exploring the characters and the situations they get into. The soundtrack is also disturbingly devoid of Vince Guaraldi's classic jazz piano soundtrack, save for the iconic "Linus and Lucy" theme. Meghan Trainor did a song for this, and it sticks out like a sore thumb amidst the original score done by Christophe Beck (Ant-Man).
Despite this, The Peanuts Movie manages to be a comforting throwback to the classic Charlie Brown specials, and may serve as a welcoming point for the next generation.
8/10.

Any good meme material though?
>>62656068
Not much, but there are some genuinely funny moments in there.
There's a point where psychiatrist Lucy has Charlie Brown look into a mirror and says "See this? This is the face of failure." I laughed like a fucking retard at that.
