I think it's a legitimate question to ask if Rey is Luke's daughter, but I strongly suspect that the answer is "no."
1) There was no mention of Luke being married or even involved with anyone. That certainly doesn't preclude him from having a one night stand with a floozy in some remote cantina, but (a) I'd like to believe Luke is a bit more serious than that, (b) there's no story evidence that Luke does that kind of thing anyway, and (c) it wouldn't be particularly good storytelling to drop Luke's kid on us without any hints or foreshadowing.
2) I don't want to believe that Luke would abandon his daughter. Okay, he might if he had a good reason, but again, there were no hints or foreshadowing about this.
3) There's no reason to believe that the Skywalker clan is the only genetic line in the galaxy strong with the Force. In fact, this latest film suggested that Luke had other students besides Ben Solo, and these almost certainly weren't all his offspring.
Of course, the "poor storytelling" argument doesn't hold a lot of water, given the unfortunate lack of hints or foreshadowing about Rey's Force abilities anyway.
