Kasdan: The Force was available to anyone who could hook into it?
Lucas: Yes, everybody can do it.
Kasdan: Not just the Jedi?
Lucas: It’s just the Jedi who take the time to do it.
Marquand: They use it as a technique.
Lucas: Like yoga. If you want to take the time to do it, you can do it; but the ones that really want to do it are the ones who are into that kind of thing. Also like karate. Also another misconception is that Yoda teaches Jedi, but he is like a guru; he doesn’t...

Yoda got the final few episodes of The Clone Wars all to himself, and to be honest I liked them a lot. He showed emotion and that even he was susceptible to the dark side.
I think it would be interesting to explore his earlier days as a younger Jedi, although normies might get annoyed by a 2-3 film with nothing but Yoda-speak.

is he intelligent or just a fucking god-tier communicator?
I think George Lucas directing Episode 9 would be a good idea. He seems unhappy and it would be a good peace offering by Disney, and the story would pretty much be set in stone by Disney already, George coouldnt change a lot by that point.

i think he had his chance and wasted all three strikes in a row.
in all honesty he sold his rights and he knew what he was getting into so why should we feel bad for him?
>100 years from now people will be looking back on all 9 episodes as 3 diamonds sandwiched between 3 turds.

No, you see, Lucas sold the rights intentionally and willingly, for money. There's no conflict here. Nobody's at war.

>the name's John Cloverfield
Cant believe that was the only link to the 2008 movie, what a ripoff gimmick
I can't believe they didn't show the monster. All we got was that faint roar.
I'm surprised they got the implied rape scene in a PG-13 movie. It was a little much.

i found it interesting that in the trailers, john goodman spoke with a relatively normal accent, but in the movie he has some retard lisp.
i think they just wanted not to make people assume he was crazy from the get go

Does the Evil Dead franchise improve after 1 and 2? I thought 1 was pretty shit and, although 2 was much better, I didn't love it. IDK... the TV show looks fun and I usually like most horror franchises but if 2 is the best then I think I'll give the rest of it a pass.

>Does the Evil Dead franchise improve after 1 and 2?
Defintely. Army of Darkness is most people's favorite Evil Dead movie by far. And I enjoy the show more than 2 also.

Basically
ed = horror with some dashes of (sometimes unintentional) comedy
ed2 = horror perfectly balanced with intentional comedy
aod = comedy with some dashes of horror
ash vs evil dead = a bit of everything
so ed2 is kinda the key. if you like the humor in it, keep moving forward. if you preferred the horror aspects, then stay there
btw, you don't NEED to watch army of darkness to jump into the tv series, so that's an option

not op but content aside i thought it was a pretty comfy documentary.
anything they said that went over my head was quickly explained, such as the yen-dollar conversion and the way they haggled for the fish everyday.
the content itself though was just fascinating. it's one thing to see a guy aim for perfection but another to see he almost has enormous respect and admiration from all his workers, even the young ones.
it went beyond sushi and i didn't even really realize it until a...
